What You'll Do
Advise business owners on growth strategies and operational improvements.
Analyze financial performance and develop FP&A reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Design and improve business processes and internal controls.
Lead ERP and system integration projects.
Recommend technology solutions to automate business operations.
Support fundraising activities, including investor materials, financial models, and due diligence.
Assist clients with business expansion, restructuring, and strategic initiatives.
Work closely with management teams to solve real business problems.
What We're Looking For
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Background in accounting, finance, consulting, ERP, or business management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working directly with business owners and senior executives.
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple projects.
Experience in Odoo, QuickBooks, Xero, Power BI, financial modelling, or business transformation is an advantage.
